2 cups apple sauce
1 cup apple cider
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons Vermont maple syrup
1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses
and serve.

DIRECTIONS:
Line an 8x8 inch dish with foil.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat
in salt and vanilla. Beat in confectioners' sugar,
a little at a time, until smooth. Stir in melted chocolate.
Fold in walnuts. Spread into prepared pan. Chill 1
hour, until firm. Cut into one inch squares.
