2 cups apple sauce
1 cup apple cider
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons Vermont maple syrup
1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses
and serve.

1/3 c Softened Butter
1 Egg
1/3 c Sugar
1 1/4 c Unsifted Flour
Cream butter and sugar in
small mixer bowl; blend in egg. Add flour; mix well.
Spread dough on
bottom and 1 1/2 inches up side of 9-inch springform
pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool
and fill.
