2 cups apple sauce
1 cup apple cider
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons Vermont maple syrup
1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses
and serve.

1 pound light brown sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups chopped toasted pecans
DIRECTIONS:
In a deep, microwave-safe bowl, mix together brown
sugar, whipping cream, and corn syrup. Microwave
on High for 13 minutes.
Mix in butter until well blended. Then stir, stir,
and stir until mixture begins to cool and get creamy.
Stir in chopped nuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed
paper to cool.
