2 cups apple sauce
1 cup apple cider
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons Vermont maple syrup
1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses
and serve.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon mint extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound confectioners' sugar
1 drop red food coloring (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Beat white corn syrup, butter or margarine, mint extract,
and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix in 1 pound of powdered
sugar and knead intil smooth.
Color with food coloring as desired. Pat or roll to
about 1/4 inch thick. Use small cookie cutters to cut
shapes.
